Cathy is working on a major in chemistry, and a minor in mathematics. Ultimately, she intends to pursue the doctorate, and has a particular interest in the area of food chemistry and nutrition. Her outside interests are closely related to her academic pursuits. Cathy enjoys cooking, experimenting in the lab and exercising.
