Katie's enduring interest in politics and history lead her to pursue dual majors in these fields. She finds these disciplines are equally important in shaping contemporary society, and hopes to pursue a career in the nation's capitol so she might help to devise laws and policies to help all. Her extracurricular interests include field hockey and softball, watching movies, reading, and relaxing with her friends.
